Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to manage the end-to-end administration of sales compensation programs, including commission calculations, reconciliations, and payouts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales compensation experience, a bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field, and experience with ICM tools such as CaptivateIQ.

- ICM tool admin certification (CaptivateIQ or Xactly experience a plus)
- Experience with commission systems, Excel, and data analysis
