Senior Solutions Consultant

Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to own the technical win strategy for agentic AI and MCP across strategic enterprise opportunities, partnering with customers and field sales teams to evangelise, architect, and validate MCP-based solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Consulting role within an enterprise SaaS or AI platform environment
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI/ML ecosystems, LLM-based architectures, and agentic frameworks
• Solid understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards and practical experience designing tool calling architectures or protocol-driven AI integrations
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical evaluations (POCs/POVs) with measurable business outcomes in enterprise sales cycles
