A brief introduction to the job role and responsibilities.
Lead projects for the conception, deployment, configuration, and management of complex Azure infrastructure and services.
Design and implement scalable and secure automation solutions for deployment and management tasks using Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell.
Continuously monitor, optimize performance, and manage security of Azure resources to ensure availability and performance.
Design and implement DevOps best practices to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of applications and services.
Diagnose and resolve complex problems in cloud infrastructure and ensure security and compliance.
Collaborate closely with development and IT teams to develop and implement DevOps strategies.
Document architectures, processes, and solutions, as well as train and mentor team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of experience in configuring and managing Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and extensive experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Ansible.
Comprehensive knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and experience with tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, or Ansible.
Advanced knowledge of Linux and/or Windows system administration.
Programming knowledge in one or more of the following languages: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Azure Expert Certification or comparable qualifications are an advantage.
