You shape the various components of an IT organization: processes, roles, and service portfolio.

You define these components considering the IT strategy, modern organizational models, and market standards for roles and IT processes.

You shape the interfaces of the new IT organization with customers and partners.

Based on your experience, you can adapt standards to customer situations and design optimal solutions for our customers.

You define and manage the transition process to a new organizational model with a focus on stakeholder management, process implementation, and employee enablement.

Your profile

You have a bachelor's or master's degree and bring relevant experience in IT service management.

You have several years of practical experience in IT process consulting and IT organizational development.

You have in-depth knowledge of common service management frameworks such as SAFe, ITIL, COBIT, and SIAM.

You draw on extensive expertise in the areas of IT strategy development, IT transformation, digitalization methodology, technology trends, and ITSM platforms.

You possess excellent social skills and confidently and confidently interact with management.

You communicate fluently in both German and English in speech and writing.

You are willing to travel and also enjoy being on site with our customers.
