7-10 years of experience in electoral organizing, political campaigns, coalition-building or related political leadership roles; strong political instincts and strategic judgment in complex electoral environments; strong knowledge of San Diego County’s political and electoral landscape

Proven experience in administrative role, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities

At least 1 year of experience in electoral campaigns, experience with electoral data systems, and strong project management skills

7 years of progressive AP or Finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

9 months, hands-on training program, deep ties to Georgia city, commitment to economic and social justice, willingness to learn and work collaboratively

5+ years of political campaign experience. Strong understanding of electoral strategy, campaigns, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred

Varying requirements depending on the department and position; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and teamwork skills

Highly organized, proactive problem-solver, trustworthy, and adaptable individual with familiarity with social media platforms and administrative technology tools

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 7 years of progressive AP or Finance experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP and AP best practices
