Job Description
The Working Families Party is seeking a Mid-Atlantic Elections Director to lead their work supporting WFP-endorsed candidates and build winning campaign infrastructure across Pennsylvania. This role involves candidate and campaign support, political strategy, political coordination, leadership development, and recruitment. The director will be a key strategist and contributor to elect transformative leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in political campaigns, candidate recruitment, or campaign consulting.
- Deep understanding of electoral strategy and campaign mechanics.
- Experience supporting or managing campaigns at local and state levels.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to racial, gender, and economic justice.
