Senior Organizer

The Senior Organizer will coordinate and strengthen national mobilization efforts through phone banking, texting programs, and large-scale volunteer actions. They will engage and grow the national volunteer base, provide strategic support for key electoral and issue campaigns, and ensure robust volunteer engagement around critical moments and events.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in organizing
• Proven leadership in volunteer leadership development, management and training
• Experience in managing phonebank programs and peer-to-peer texting campaigns
• Familiarity with relational organizing tools, Slack, Mobilize.us, and data management systems
• Strong analytical skills for tracking mobilization efforts
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
