Job Description
Join WorkMotion as a Global Entity Infrastructure Associate and play a central role in managing the foundation of our global compliance and infrastructure. Manage daily operations, track corporate compliance obligations, and help execute international expansion strategy.
Requirements
- Manage daily operations and corporate maintenance activities of WorkMotion's global entities
- Track and drive corporate compliance obligations
- Help execute WorkMotion's international expansion strategy
- Source, select, and manage external partners and providers
- Support project management of various expansion or improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and serve as a point of contact for entity-related queries
- Maintain and update documents, records, and data
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews
- Identify and solve problems, inefficiencies, or gaps in our entity management systems
