Global Entity Infrastructure Associate

WorkMotion is looking for a Global Entity Infrastructure Associate to manage daily operations and corporate maintenance activities of its global entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves tracking and driving corporate compliance obligations, executing international expansion strategy, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or other relevant field.
• 2+ years of work experience, with prior roles in international operations, project management, entity set-up/maintenance, or relevant work in legal operations or compliance management.
• Project management skills, with the ability to take lead on initiatives, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and manage timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-player skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
