GTM Engineer (Revenue Systems & Automation) role at WorkMotion, a global, remote, and thriving company. Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert-level experience with HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs) and deep familiarity with automation platforms such as Clay, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with web scraping, API integrations, and the use of LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) to process unstructured data.
- Analytics & Tracking: Proven track record of managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups and working with attribution tools like HockeyStack, Dreamdata, or similar.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Candidates with a non-technical degree but a proven track record of technical RevOps/Growth implementation are encouraged to apply.
