GTM Engineer (Revenue Systems & Automation)

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Expert-level experience with HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs) and deep familiarity with automation platforms such as Clay, Make.com, or Zapier.
• Hands-on experience with web scraping, API integrations, and the use of LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) to process unstructured data.
• Proven track record of managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups and working with attribution tools like HockeyStack, Dreamdata, or similar.
