Principal Engineer | Software Architect

We're looking for a strategic, visionary, and hands-on leader to join our Engineering Team as a Principal Engineer / Software Architect. In this role, you'll define the technical backbone of our global HR platform, drive AI-powered innovation, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and future-proof.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design and architecture skills
• Proven experience in AI/ML integration or productionizing machine learning models at scale
• Deep expertise in DevSecOps, cloud security, and automation (AWS/GCP or Kubernetes or IaC)
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java/Python
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and mentorship capabilities
• Passion for innovation, scalability, and secure software design
