Job Description
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support their HR operations, with a minimum of 4 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
