Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our HR consulting services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in HR consulting.
- Strong understanding of HR services, including recruitment, training, and outsourcing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
