Job Description
The HR Generalist will coordinate payroll processing, maintain employee records, manage recruiting coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. They will also assist with conflict resolution, job descriptions, and training coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
