Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and oversee sales operations across the Eastern region of Nigeria.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Eastern region to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and regional sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
