Job Description
To drive sales growth and market penetration of edible oil products, manage distributors and retail networks, ensure effective stock management, and deliver on sales targets while maintaining compliance and strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years proven sales experience in FMCG, with a strong track record in selling edible oil products.
- Solid understanding of FMCG distribution, retail sales, and territory/channel management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.
