We are looking for compassionate and skilled EAP Clinical Counsellors to provide support to clients across Canada. This is a fully remote position, offering flexible day shifts or night shifts and the option for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week) work. Salary ranges from $68,000 (day) to $74,000 (night), plus competitive benefits.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health (social work, counselling, psychology, or related field)
- Fluency in English and French
- Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counselling or mental health services
- Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, or Systemic counselling
- Ability to work with clients experiencing substance abuse, crisis situations, mental health symptoms, or relationship/family challenges
