Workplace Options (WPO) is seeking a Mental Health Counselor to provide support to clients across Canada. This is a fully remote position offering flexible schedules and the opportunity to work full-time or part-time. The salary range is between $68,000 and $74,000, plus competitive benefits.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health (social work, counseling, psychology, or related field)
• High level of proficiency in English and French
• At least 2 years of experience in direct client contact in the context of psychological support or mental health services
• Experience with clinical evaluation tools and short-term therapy modalities
• Training in crisis intervention and client accompaniment with high-risk clients (asset)
