EAP Clinical Counselor

We are seeking an EAP Clinical Counselor to provide emotional support and counseling services to clients worldwide. The successful candidate will engage with clients over the phone, video, chat, and email, demonstrating a connection to ensure clients feel heard, supported, and cared for.

Requirements

• Social worker, Counselor, or Psychologist with accompanying Master's degree
• Minimum 2 years direct client-contact providing counseling or mental health services
• Experience providing assessments and/or using clinical assessment tools
• Experience using short-term counseling modalities such as Solution-Focused, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, Systemic counseling
• Training in crisis intervention and supporting high-risk clients beneficial
