Requirements

• Recruit and onboard mental health professionals
• Thoroughly review provider applications and supporting documentation
• Develop a deep understanding of credentialing standards
• Conduct Primary Source Verification on licenses and malpractice coverage
• Organize and maintain up-to-date provider files
• Analyze client needs and match them with suitable providers
• Provide support to the Billing Team
• Prioritise and respond to special requests from clients and providers
