We are a rapidly growing international security company looking for a Salary Administrator to join our Finance team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire salary administration of our employees in the Netherlands, including processing payroll, preparing reports, and ensuring timely and correct payment of salaries.
Requirements
- Relevant financial education at least MBO-4 level (PDL or equivalent)
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience with salary administration, preferably in a comparable position
- Experience with payroll systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with salary software
- IT-minded and can easily make connections between different systems
- Mathematical insight, accuracy, independent working style, proactive, stress-resistant, and a service-oriented approach
- Fluent mastery of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
