Job Description
Workstream is a mission-driven company building an all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for managing the hourly workforce. We are a high growth series B company and are looking for an Account Executive to spearhead our sales efforts, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record in SMB markets and sales
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SMB challenges and needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
