Requirements
- Proven scale leader with a track record of success leading engineering organizations of 100+ employees
- Bilingual and bicultural with fluency in Mandarin and a deep understanding of both Chinese and Western business cultures
- Technically sharp with the ability to navigate complex technical trade-offs
- Global mindset with comfort with regular international travel
- Startup grit with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, Series B environments
- People developer with experience managing high-level engineering managers
