We are looking for a proactive Collections Specialist to manage our accounts receivable lifecycle and drive timely payment resolution.
Requirements
- Manage the collections process for customer accounts
- Monitor aging reports
- Utilize HighRadius and internal systems
- Partner with Billing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams
- Review and reconcile customer accounts
- Support bad debt reduction efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare and distribute aging analysis, collections reporting, bad debt summaries, and account status updates
