The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and growing high-performing sales teams and a strong business acumen, exceptional people skills, and an exemplary work ethic.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience with driving a consultative sales approach
- A track record of achieving and exceeding goals
- Smart, entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and a strong bias to execute
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate top-tier sales and revenue-focused talent
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
- Facilitates an open exchange of ideas and fosters an atmosphere of open communication
- Strong understanding of sales metrics
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel @ 25% to participate in executive sales presentations, tradeshows, and corporate events
