Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, business analysis, or process improvement
- Demonstrated experience in software testing and QA, requirements analysis, business process analysis, or process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional team player with strong collaborative skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency in documentation and analysis
- Proven ability to juggle competing priorities, adapt swiftly to evolving requirements, and maintain composure under pressure
- Genuine curiosity about the inner workings of systems and processes
