Job Description
World Business Lenders is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the recruitment process, coordinate hiring activities, and provide general HR support. The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills, experience as a Recruiter or HR analyst, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom.
Requirements
- 100% fluency in English
- Experience as a Recruiter, Human Resource analyst, or similar role
- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with Zoom
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
