As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support the recruitment process by coordinating and tracking hiring activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates, and assisting hiring managers in meeting staffing needs.

Requirements

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
