Job Description
World Insurance Associates is seeking a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits to identify, prospect, and close new employee benefits clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or carrier, excellent listening skills, and experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms.
Requirements
- Identify, prospect, and close new employee benefits clients
- Design and deliver employee benefits programs
- Help clients with complementary solutions such as commercial and personal lines insurance, 401(k) and retirement plans, and payroll and human resources outsourcing services
