Job Description
World Insurance Associates is a unique financial services organization that empowers people to make informed decisions to improve their risk management outcomes, modernize their benefits programs, and help them achieve their long-term financial goals. As an Employee Benefits Sales Producer, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new employee benefits clients, designing and delivering employee benefits programs, and helping clients with complementary solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years+ of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
- Personable and highly motivated to grow personal success
- Excellent listening skills and strong customer focus
- Consultative and positive approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM's like HubSpot
