The Employee Benefits Sales Producer – Employee Benefits Client Advisor role involves identifying, prospecting, and closing new employee benefits clients and providing comprehensive risk management and employee benefit solutions to businesses and individuals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
• Personable and highly motivated
• Excellent listening skills and strong customer focus
• Consultative approach and ability to deal with sensitive information
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM's like HubSpot
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems with minimal assistance
