Job Description
We are looking for a Director, Data Intelligence to join our team at World Vision Canada. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science, analytics, or BI and experience deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or BI
- 3 years managing teams and setting strategy
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment
- Familiarity with LLM integration and predictive analytics
- Ability to explain complex data concepts and architectural trade-offs to non-technical executive leadership
- Proven ability to work horizontally with Product, Finance, Marketing, Philanthropy, Enterprise Technology & Transformation peers and World Vision International (WVI)
- Experience navigating the cultural friction of introducing data transparency into traditional organizations
