The Management Quality Deputy Director will be responsible for overall financial, budgeting, supply chain, and operational functions for a large-scale program aimed at strengthening the national HIV care and treatment program in Sierra Leone.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management roles, including grants and supply chain management in donor-funded programs.
- Proven expertise in financial management, with experience in managing budgets over $5 million.
- Familiarity with CDC, PEPFAR, or USAID regulations and reporting requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build capacity within local organizations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and supply chain tools.
