Program Quality Deputy Director

The Management Quality Deputy Director will oversee the financial, budgeting, supply chain, and operational functions of a large-scale program in Sierra Leone. The role ensures the program operates efficiently, complies with donor and organizational policies, and achieves its objectives through effective resource management and coordination.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management roles, including grants and supply chain management in donor-funded programs.
• Proven expertise in financial management, with experience in managing budgets over $5 million.
• Familiarity with CDC, PEPFAR, or USAID regulations and reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build capacity within local organizations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and supply chain tools.
