Job Description
The Project Director will provide strategic leadership and management for the CDC-funded program to strengthen the national HIV care and treatment program in Sierra Leone. The position requires at least 10 years of experience managing complex public health programs, preferably in low-resource settings.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in public health, medicine, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience managing complex public health programs, preferably in low-resource settings.
- Proven expertise in HIV/AIDS programs and health systems strengthening.
- Experience with PEPFAR-funded programs or CDC cooperative agreements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
