Job Description
As a POS Solutions Technician at Worldline, you will be part of a dynamic team that shapes the future of payments, working with bank card reader malfunctions, POS terminals, and customers. The role involves diagnosing and repairing issues, installing and configuring terminals, and conducting customer training.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- B category driving license
- Preferably experience in IT or POS terminal/money system maintenance
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills (spoken and written)
- Russian and English language skills - a plus
- Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Responsible attitude towards work, reliability, and thoroughness
