We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Riga, Latvia. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of specific services, ensuring compliance with governance principles, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in informatics or in a comparable discipline or comparable proficiency
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale
- Customer focus, good planning and organizing skills
- Excellent written and communication skills, business fluent English and Latvian is mandatory
- Ability to act with customer orientation and be attentive and responsive to customer concerns, based on an operational interconnection
- Stress resistant and ability to adapt to tight deadlines and dynamically changing priorities
- Ability to travel frequently
- Knowledge in standards related to IT (ie PCI DSS, ISO standards, ISAE 3402...)
