Job Description
Support Engineer responsible for providing technical support for Point of Sale systems, Payment Terminals, and Cash Registers. Conscientious and customer-focused processing of technical inquiries. Installing and maintaining software and interfaces of point of sale systems, receiving and processing hardware, software, network and communication problems.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position as IT support
- Affinity for IT is required
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence and Business Objects tools and network technology is an advantage
