Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Application Specialist to join our Support team in the Acquiring Global Products back office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing our productive systems, answering client requests, and proposing solutions to enhance our software.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL and Linux (Shell)
- Experience and passion for client support
- Customer-oriented and independent
- Good knowledge of Italian (B2), written and spoken
- Good knowledge of English (B2), written and spoken
- Computer science education (higher technical school, university)
- Knowledge of German appreciated
- Experience in the payment environment
- Experience with Java, Jakarta EE, Spring
