Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Programmatic) to join our team in Europe (Remote). As a data-centric role, you will scrutinize constant flows of information to solve complex problems, manipulating data at scale and coding to improve our infrastructure and drive business efficiency.
Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in an IT-related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
- 2+ years in a Senior/Second-level Support, DataOps, SRE, SysAdmin, or Technical Business Analyst role
