Senior Corporate Counsel

Worldly is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to partner closely with our senior leadership team to manage and negotiate a high volume of complex, global commercial and corporate agreements. The role offers a significant runway for expansion into areas such as IP, data governance, and broader enterprise risk as Worldly scales.

Requirements

• JD from a highly regarded law school
• 4-8 years of total legal experience
• 2+ years at a top-tier law firm
• 2+ years of in-house experience at a fast-growing technology or global company
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate confidently with senior legal and business stakeholders
• Strong judgment and political acumen
• Experience managing external counsel and navigating cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters
• Bias toward action, ownership, and continuous learning
