Ingevity is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its Law & Compliance Department and serve as a strategic, business-focused legal partner to a dynamic, global organization.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active license to practice law
• A minimum of eight years of commercial law experience
• Exceptional judgment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently drive practical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with U.S. and international laws, commercial practices, and trade terms
• Experience with intellectual property protection, portfolio management, and oversight
