Job Description
Join WFS and contribute to the timely delivery of cargo shipment, luggage, business to customer delivery, and on-time flights while operating safely and securely. We are looking for an Onboarding & Compliance Specialist- ABE to facilitate interviews, coordinate onboarding tasks, maintain accurate records, and support compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrator, assistant, office agent or recruiting coordinator required.
- Prior experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/ATS) preferred.
- SAP Success Factors a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and excel requirements is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Team spirit and welcoming disposition.
