Job Description
Worth AI is looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Platform team to make our engineering organization faster, more reliable, and more joyful. The role involves building the "Product for the Engineers" by identifying friction in the development lifecycle, architecting shared patterns, and unblocking technical debt.
Requirements
- Conduct regular interviews with engineering teams to find pain points in their daily workflows
- Design and implement reusable patterns using Nest.js, React.js, and TypeScript
- Take ownership of systemic performance issues
- Own and evolve our Kubernetes and ArgoCD configurations
- Lead nebulous, cross-team technical challenges
- Identify "sticky" or overly complex codebases and lead the effort to refactor them
- Actively mentor and coach engineers across the organization
- Research, prototype, and roll out new internal tools, libraries, or frameworks
- Introduce new frameworks or architectural shifts to the team
