Senior Software Engineer, Platform & Developer Experience

Worth AI is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Platform team, focusing on improving the development lifecycle, architecture, and education of the engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, a passion for mentorship, and expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• Conduct regular interviews with engineering teams to identify pain points
• Design and implement reusable patterns using Nest.js, React.js, and TypeScript
• Take ownership of systemic performance issues
• Own and evolve Kubernetes and ArgoCD configurations
• Lead nebulous, cross-team technical challenges
• Identify and refactor'sticky' or overly complex codebases
• Actively mentor and coach engineers
• Research and implement new internal tools, libraries, or frameworks
• Communicate complex technical trade-offs effectively
