Training Supervisor

The Manufacturing Training Supervisor will direct the training department to ensure quality standards are met, supervising training leads, updating training dispatches, delivering employee evaluations, creating development plans and supporting goals and tracking progress of department.

Requirements

• Highly organized, initiative-taking, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks and with a people-first mindset.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate using the English language
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft office with advanced Excel knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule required: Must be willing to adjust hours to support all shifts
• Positive attitude, good example to others, highly engaged and motivated
