Operations Supervisor

We are hiring for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to lead all aspects of production in the facility during their shift, including quality and customer service, safety, staffing, planning, leadership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of company policies safety rules and procedures with the ability to enforce all in alignment with Our Philosophy
• Business and financial acumen
• Ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage others to achieve required company and plant goals
• Continuous Involvement with WI Leadership Training
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, presentation and project management skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Intermediate knowledge of and drives transformational practices
