Plant Transformation Lead I

We are seeking a Plant Transformation Lead I to develop and mentor the local Operations group in adopting and owning TWB’s Transformation system. The successful candidate will collect and analyze production data, identify bottlenecks and waste sources, and implement industrial engineering lean tools to optimize plant layout, inventory control, and processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing or a related field
• Experience with identifying, conducting, and analyzing business/production diagnostics
• Experience with applying lean tools, analysis, root cause problem solving, and planning requirements to improve operations
• Experience with implementing transformation/continuous improvement efforts for operations
• Experience with planning and managing projects to ensure transformation deliverables and milestones are met
• Experience with leading and facilitating training and process improvement workshops
• Experience with coaching project owners to drive positive change within the organization
• Experience with managing and implementing process changes to sustain improvements of operations
