Job Description
Woven by Toyota is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their global engineering organization in meeting technical convergence and execution goals. This role focuses on advising business leaders on talent management, development, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company values and a diverse and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary interface to understand and address employee needs, while contributing to HR initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Japan HR experience
- 8+ years of HRBP specifically
- Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and cultural norms
- Japanese language fluency, along with high Business English proficiency
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic advisor to senior management
- Flexible communication style
